DH Leffridge provides real estate funding brokerage services, connecting borrowers with lending partners. We are not a direct lender. All loan terms, rates, and approvals are subject to lender requirements.

3. No Guarantee

Submission of a funding request does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and underwriting by our lending partners.
